Hello there,

I'm BELLE ^~^

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Anything that is virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, I will seek after these things.. and reblog ;P

I am currently writing Elder Blayney Walshe, who is serving a mission in Manchester, England.
Although I am not a 'missionary girlfriend' per say - i happen to be a girl and the best friend ;P I will be posting up 'our' experiences here :D

searchingformyplace: Hi! You don't know me but my name is Caitlin! I waited for my missionary for 21 months. And I just read about the letter you received, and I felt the need to share this with you. Tanner has been out around 21 months and 2 weeks now, and I just received a letter similar to the one you received. He told me he still loved me and cared for me but he had been having a hard time focusing with me in the picture. Basically he broke it off, and said he's unsure that we're even supposed to be together at

hey hun, its lovely to .. meet you? LOL
oh whoa.. your on the home stretch now.. I’m sorry to hear about your letter.. and Elder Walshe has been out for 2 months, mind you i received that letter a week he left.. i just posted up that now. So i’m at the stage where i can no longer be sad.. i do get upset at times thinking about it, but i need to keep in mind that this is something that he has to do..

There are a lot of my friends who are returning home after serving, and as ive spoken to them there is a common pattern that within the last couple of months, missionaries tend to put more energy and time serving. They recognise that they will be leaving soon, which is exciting, however they want to do all hat they can while they can. Majority of them stop writing back home to avoid becoming ‘trunky’

well, Tanner will be returning home really soon.. and all you can do now is continue to focus on you.. remember the progress and how much you’ve grown over the past 21 months, and when he returns just talk it out.. trust me, the communication distance is the worst..

hold on to that knowledge of the feelings he has for you..
